Welcome to the online portal to facilitate the implementation of the RTE Act,
2009 in Chhattisgarh.
The portal includes an online work flow system that has been designed and
developed with the objective to the ensure compliance under the RTE Act.
Various norms and standards about infrastructure facilities, Staff profile,
teacher eligibility and student classroom, ratio etc, as mandated under the
Act will be available online for updation to all schools whether public or
private to ensure strict RTE compliance.
31st March 2013 was set as the deadline by the RTE Act, 2009 when the
moratorium period ends. It shall now be mandatory for all schools private, aided
as well as unaided institutions to submit their details as mandated by RTE on
this online portal.
The nodal officer of the District, the DEO shall be fully responsible to
update information regarding all schools on this Web Site by 30th April.
